CPUs . . . |

Many of you have been probably experience
burning out of the AMD Athlon Thunderbird processors. We would
like to high lite this fact. This processor needs to be cooled
properly or it will burn-out within 2-3 seconds, rendering
your processor out of warranty. It is our recommendation that
you use an approved cooler with the silicone grease provided
and make absolutely sure that the heatsink is flush with the processor
before powering up. If you need further clarification

Main boards . . . |

The SURIA Main board to us here at SURIA
is not just a Main board . . . it is a piece of Art. Many hours
of design and testing results in the end product you purchase.
The Main board is then manufactured in an ISO 9002 approved
facility which contributes tot he less than 1% failure rate.
However, we end up getting and RMA rate slightly higher which
obviously is not acceptable. This lead to an
inquiry conducted internally, and it was found that
more than 90% of the Main boards RMA'd actually were
problem-free. Upon looking at the types of problems
reported and going through our techsupport call log
it has come to our notice that the problems in almost all
cases are with the operating system.
We suggest that all technical
people who work with the SURIA Main boards, rule out the
problem in DOS. If the symptoms do not manifest in DOS then
you can rule out the Main board. There are diagnostic software
available out there for the DOS environment, we suggest you
use these as they will assist in a speedy solving of your
problems.
